At Zlexironshroxxen, we are committed to delivering exceptional digitization services and ensuring your complete satisfaction with both our work and the safe return of your original materials.
All original materials are returned via tracked, insured shipping within 10 business days of project completion. You will receive tracking information via email once your items are dispatched.
Express return service available upon request for an additional fee. Materials returned within 3-5 business days via priority courier service with enhanced insurance coverage.
Materials may be collected in person from our Gateshead facility by appointment. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange collection.
We guarantee the quality of our digitization services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your digital files.
Completed materials are stored securely in our climate-controlled facility for up to 30 days after project completion at no additional charge.
Extended Storage: Materials can be stored for longer periods upon request. Storage fees apply after the initial 30-day period. Please contact us to arrange extended storage.
All materials in our care are covered by comprehensive insurance:
Materials not collected or claimed within 90 days of project completion will be subject to storage fees. After 180 days, unclaimed materials may be disposed of in accordance with UK regulations. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before disposal.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss:
Digital files are delivered via secure download link or physical media (USB/hard drive) as specified in your order. Download links remain active for 30 days. Physical media is shipped with your original materials or separately upon request.
